These terms cover your use of drift. By creating an account you agree to them.

Using drift

You need to be [minimum age] or over. Keep your login to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it.

Stories you make

Stories are written and narrated by AI from your ideas. They are for your personal listening. [State ownership and licence of generated stories and what you may do with them.] Don’t use drift to make content that is illegal, hateful, sexual, or that targets a real person.

Publishing and moderation

If you publish a story, other listeners can hear it. You’re responsible for what you publish. We may remove stories that break these terms, and listeners can report them.

Credits

Making a story uses credits: one for a 15-minute story, two for a 30-minute one. [Refund rules for failed generations, expiry, and purchase terms once packs are priced.]

Availability

drift is new. We may change or pause features, and we don’t promise it will always be available. drift is not medical advice or a treatment for any sleep condition.

Ending your account

You can delete your account in the app at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
